
Baraka holds Master’s Degree in Community Economic Development and an Advanced Diploma in Community Development (Management of Community Programs), has worked in various organizations and companies as Credit Supervisor for Five Years Four Months at WAT-Human Settlements Trust and Credit Officer for Four Years at PRIDE Tanzania Ltd, Sales and Marketing Supervision at SBC (T) Ltd and Nyanza Bottling Company for a total of two years.
He has skills in Business Management, Microfinance Operation, Credit Operations and Management, Project Designing, Implementation, Controlling, Monitoring and Evaluation. Has attended various courses, workshops and trainings in Credit Operation and Management, Customer Care, Participatory Methods and Tools, Project Cycle Management, Assessing Collaterals, Cash Flow Projections, Bank Reconciliations, Policies, Trainings and Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Debt Collection and Recovery, Strategic Management.
He also has experience in transportation services, he has worked in transportation industry more than thirteen years and has transported different types of cars and trucks. Experience in transportation management, fuel management and calibration can be managed by Sekagoma Consultancy Services.
Has has experience of using Finance Solutions and Bankers’ Realm mfo, these are loan tracking soft wares. Has also knowledge of using various computer programs including MS Word, Outlook, Internet, Excel and Power Point.
